PAYMENT POLICY Credit Cards LabelGear.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for all purchases.
Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.
Billing information must be able to be verified with the issuing bank. If this information cannot be verified with the bank, the order will result in a cancellation.
Credit Card Security LabelGear.com reserves the right to monitor order activity to ensure a fair process. LabelGear.com also reserves the to reject any order deemed to be made in bad faith, or that may be in violation of local laws, taxes or restrictions.
We strongly advise not to test this site with false bids or orders, as it will result in substantial, personal legal risk. It is a violation of the law to make bids or orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card.
LabelGear.com has a sophisticated Fraud Control system that screens for suspicious bids and orders. Any suspicious orders or bids are subject to investigation and possible cancellation. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while screening takes place.
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases.
We will cooperate with the responsible legal authorities in the investigating of any fraud perpetrated through LabelGear.com. In such instances, we also reserve the right to share information about such fraud with the issuing bank, shipping carriers, and our business partners.
Purchase Orders Purchase Orders are accepted for business orders upon credit approval and payable on net 30-day terms. Please call a sales representative at 800-998-4555 for details.
Check or Money Order If you prefer, you may send a check or money order drawn on US funds to the address below. Prepaid orders will not ship until payment has been received. We do not ship COD.
Check or money order payments must include the price of the order, the shipping fee, and CA sales tax (for California residents only). Call Customer Service at 800-943-2235 or 760-438-7781 for shipping rates.

SHIPPING POLICY Rates and Carriers LabelGear.com uses the US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS to deliver orders to our customers. UPS orders have Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground delivery options available for most items and domestic addresses. Please note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. Items in stock typically go out the next business day. We recommend calling to determine an accurate order processing time before selecting an overnight shipment option.Priority Mail - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days
Ground - Delivered within 3-5 business days by end of day (up to 4-7 days
for East Coast)
2nd Day - Delivered by the 2nd business day by end of day
Next Day - Delivered the next business day by end of day

Products have a flat rate for standard service, unless otherwise noted in the shipping and handling portion of the product description page. We frequently offer shipping promotions; please check the product page for current options and pricing.
For orders over 150 pounds, LabelGear.com will ship via best way.
All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

Order Processing Time Order processing times are within 2 business days for in stock items, are contingent upon credit card authorization, and do not include weekends or holidays. LabelGear.com will send an e-mail message notifying you when an item is delayed beyond the time represented.
Destinations and International Orders LabelGear.com ships to the continental United States. In addition, many of our items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Because LabelGear.com uses the US Postal Service Priority Mail as the standard shipping method, we do ship to PO boxes. For inquiries regarding ship rates/availability to countries not listed here, email sales@labelgear.com.

- International Shipping Method
LabelGear.com uses USPS Priority Mail International as the standard shipping
method to international addresses. To support our international customer's
expedited needs LabelGear.com also uses UPS as its premium carrier. To request
an alternate carrier using your account, contact Customer Service. All additional
taxes, duties, and brokerage fees that are charged in the country of destination
are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard: 10-15 business days assuming normal customs clearance
Premium: 5-7 business days assuming normal customs clearance
International Warranties: Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped to the United States, Canada or Mexico. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty.

LabelGear.com is committed to working with you to ensure that every product you
purchase meets your expectations. If it falls short of this it may be returned
within 30-days of purchase. Follow the guidelines in the Return Policy below
and we will happily credit you for the unused portion of your purchase. Please
note, any returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Software SureThing brand software (e.g., SureThing CD Labeler and Office Labeler) is backed with an unconditional 30-day guarantee if software is purchased at LabelGear.com or SureThing.com. Before you return your software, however, we recommend checking out the support pages at www.SureThing.com, as many problems can be resolved there.
Printers and Duplicators All printer or duplicator returns made to LabelGear.com are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns for duplicators and printers will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase.
Return Shipping All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid, with a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package (see below for return policy and instructions).

RETURN POLICY Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Items may be returned within 30-days for refund or replacement, however all product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number issued by LabelGear.com marked clearly on the return package, or the package will be refused, and no credit will be given. Credits are only given for returned products. No credits are given for shipping unless it can be demonstrated the reason for the return was caused by an error by LabelGear.com (for example, we shipped the wrong product).
To request an RMA and shipping instructions please contact our Customer Service department via e-mail at sales@labelgear.com or by phone at 800-998-4555. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Unauthorized or Refused Returns LabelGear.com cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Additional charges may apply if all peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original packaging.
